Done RightMost used appliances are sold as-is by someone who has no idea what is wrong with them. Ours are repaired on the bench by Andrew — the same technician who fixes appliances in DFW homes every day — then tested, delivered, hooked up, and backed by the same 60-day warranty we put on our in-home repairs.

Washers, dryers and refrigerators are live. The rest are being added.
The door tells you: at the front, or on the top.
Pick the closest one. If two fit, choose the one that bothers you most.
So we can compare like with like.
Stock turns over constantly, so there is no fixed list. These are the categories we rebuild and sell most often across Fort Worth, Keller and North DFW.
Top-load and front-load. Bearings, pumps, valves and door seals replaced where needed, then run through a full wash cycle before it leaves.
Gas and electric. New heating element or igniter where required, drum rollers and belt checked, vent path cleared and heat verified.
Top-freezer, side-by-side and French door. Defrost system, fan and seals checked, then left running 48 hours and temperature-logged before sale.
Gas and electric. Igniters, elements and control boards repaired, every burner and the bake and broil cycle tested.
Pumps, valves and seals replaced as needed, run through a full cycle and checked for leaks on a level floor.
Matched washer and dryer pairs when we have them. Usually the best value in the shop and the first thing to go.
The word gets used loosely. Here is exactly what happens to a machine before it is offered to you.
Most units come from customers whose appliance was not worth repairing. We haul it away free; they are glad to be rid of it.
The same technician who repairs appliances in homes across DFW fixes it on the bench — with real parts, not a temporary patch.
Full cycle run. Refrigerators sit running for 48 hours with the temperature logged. If it does not pass, it becomes parts.
60 days parts and labour, delivery and basic hookup included, and we take your old machine with us.
Buying used appliances privately is a coin flip. You meet someone in a driveway, load it yourself, plug it in at home and hope. Here is what changes when the seller is a working technician with a business licence, insurance and 77 public reviews.
Sold as-is, no warranty. Nobody knows why the last owner replaced it. You arrange a truck, load it, and carry it in. If it dies in a week, the number stops answering.
Diagnosed and repaired with real parts. Cycle-tested before it is offered. Delivered, hooked up and levelled. 60-day warranty, $1M liability insurance, and a business you can look up before you buy.
If your appliance is not worth repairing, you still have to get rid of it — and most haul-away services charge for that. We do not. Tell us what you have and where you are, and we will collect it at no cost, usually at the same time we deliver your replacement.
Working or not, it is useful to us: good parts get pulled and reused in repairs, the rest is recycled properly. That is also why our refurbished units cost what they do — the donor machines come to us free, and we pass that on.
These are actual repairs from our bench and from DFW homes. Every machine we sell went through work like this before it was offered to anyone.
Our GE dryer suddenly stopped drying clothes, so we called Done Right Appliance Repair here in Keller. Andrew was able to come out the same day and fixed it in just one visit. Everything was quick and professional, and the dryer has been working great so far. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
Stock changes weekly. Tell us the appliance, the size and your budget — we will contact you the moment a match is ready.
Every unit is diagnosed and repaired by Andrew, the same technician who repairs appliances in customers' homes. Worn parts are replaced with real parts, not patched. Each machine is run through a full cycle and tested before it is listed.
60 days, parts and labour, the same warranty we put on our in-home repairs. If something fails in that window, we come out and fix it. That is the difference between buying from a technician and buying from a marketplace listing.

Usually yes, and usually free. If your machine is not worth repairing, we will haul it away at no charge when we deliver the replacement. It gets used for parts or recycled properly.
Stock changes constantly, so rather than publish a list that goes stale, tell us what you are looking for — appliance type, size, budget and any must-haves. We will contact you as soon as a match is ready, usually within days.
A refurbished machine from a technician costs a fraction of new, and the part that actually failed has already been replaced with a new one. For a rental property, a garage laundry pair or a second fridge, that is often the sensible choice.
