Done RightMonogram is GE Appliances' premium built-in line — column refrigerators, professional ranges, wall ovens, Advantium speed ovens and panel-ready dishwashers. These are built into the cabinetry, so a repair done properly beats a replacement every time. We service Monogram across Fort Worth, Southlake, Westlake and Colleyville. $69 diagnostic always included in the repair price.
These are the Monogram faults we handle most. We quote the exact cost before any work begins — the $69 diagnostic is always applied to the repair.
Evaporator or condenser fan failure, a blocked damper, or a defrost fault letting ice choke off airflow. On a built-in these are worth catching early — the unit is cabinetry, not an appliance you swap out.
Weak igniter, failed spark module, or clogged burner ports. A glowing igniter that never lights the burner has lost the current needed to open the safety valve — our most common gas range call.
Failed oven sensor, bake or broil element, or a convection fan that's stopped circulating. We measure actual cavity temperature against the setpoint rather than trusting the display.
Self-clean runs far hotter than normal cooking and routinely takes out a thermal fuse or stresses the control board. If your Monogram died right after a clean cycle, that's almost certainly why — and it's repairable.
Ice maker module, water inlet valve, or a frozen fill tube. Built-in Monogram ice makers are rebuildable, not disposable.
Drain pump, wash pump, filtration or spray arm faults. Panel-ready Monogram dishwashers include panel removal and refit as part of the job.
Monogram's Advantium speed ovens use halogen and microwave heating together — magnetron, control and door components all serviced.
Membrane switch or control board. We test which one it actually is — replacing a Monogram board on a bad membrane is an expensive way to fix nothing.
We diagnose the fault behind the code — not just clear it and hope.
Oven over-temperature or sensor fault
Control panel / membrane fault
Weak igniter — safety valve never opens
Fan, damper or defrost fault
Power supply or control board
Inlet valve or supply line issue

Monogram is GE Appliances' premium built-in line — same manufacturer, higher build tier. That works in your favour: the diagnostic logic and much of the parts supply chain carry over from GE, so a Monogram fault is well documented and genuine parts are available rather than exotic.
Yes — column refrigerators, French door and side-by-side built-ins. Fans, dampers, defrost systems, ice makers, control boards and door seals are all standard work for us.
On gas Monogram ranges it's most often the igniter, a spark module, or clogged burner ports. A weak igniter glows but never pulls enough current to open the safety valve — the single most common gas range fault we see, and a straightforward repair with the correct genuine part.
It depends on which appliance and which part failed. Our $69 diagnostic is always applied to the repair, and we quote the exact cost before any work begins.

Our GE dryer suddenly stopped drying clothes, so we called Done Right Appliance Repair here in Keller. Andrew was able to come out the same day and fixed it in just one visit. Everything was quick and professional, and the dryer has been working great so far. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
